Most computers have software installed that will allow you to read the report. If not, you may want to download a free version of Acrobat Reader from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. It basically installs itself.
A four-page newsletter can never address all the possible issues, but I've tried to address a selection of key issues for our community.
